Calendly alternative: MeetSynq
By Eliran Yihye, Founder and Lead Engineer. .
A good Calendly alternative depends on why you are looking. Calendly is a widely used scheduling tool with a free plan, per-seat plans at $10 and $16 a month on yearly billing, and a large set of integrations and AI add-ons. MeetSynq is the alternative for people who want scheduling under their own name: Starter at $29 per user a month, Team at $79, an Agency plan at $299 a month, and a white-label deployment on your own domain.
Both tools book meetings across connected calendars, support round-robin for teams, and take payments through Stripe. The sections below show where they differ, and where Calendly is the better pick.

When Calendly is the better choice
- Price per seat matters most. Calendly lists Standard at $10 and Teams at $16 per seat a month on yearly billing, against $29 and $79 per user a month for MeetSynq Starter and Team.
- You want a free plan. Calendly's Free plan covers one event type and one calendar connection at no cost.
- You rely on a wide integration list. Calendly lists HubSpot, Mailchimp and Zapier on Standard, and Salesforce, Marketo and Pardot on Teams, plus lead routing from forms.
- You want AI around meetings. Calendly sells Notetaker for recaps and transcripts, and Callie, an assistant that schedules over email, as add-ons.
- You need enterprise controls such as SAML single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, an audit log or a data deletion API. Calendly lists these on its Enterprise plan, with an SSO add-on on Teams.
When MeetSynq fits better
- You hand scheduling to clients as your own. The white-label deployment runs on your domain with your logo, colors and email sender, and the Agency plan gives each client a workspace.
- You want the vendor to disappear. Your clients see your name on the app, the emails and the booking pages, and nothing in the product points back to MeetSynq.
- You want your data kept apart. Each white-label deployment has its own database, and you can export it at any time.
- You want someone else to run it. Cuanto Labs handles deployment, updates and upkeep of the instance.
- You like an open base. MeetSynq is built on the open-source Cal.com engine, which is MIT licensed, with a thin brand layer on top.

How to choose
Start with who sees the booking page. If the audience is your own customers and a vendor name is fine, Calendly's lower per-seat prices and larger integration list are hard to beat. If the audience is your clients' customers and the page must carry your client's name, branding removal alone may not be enough, and a dedicated white-label deployment is the closer fit.
Then do the math for your seat count. MeetSynq Agency is a flat $299 a month for 5 users, which is a different shape from per-seat pricing. For a handful of users, per-seat Calendly plans can cost less, so compare totals instead of headline prices.
Finally, try both. Calendly has a free plan and MeetSynq gives you 14 days of the full Team plan without a card. A real booking flow with your own calendars tells you more than a feature list.
Frequently asked questions
- Is MeetSynq cheaper than Calendly?
- Not per seat. Calendly lists Standard at $10 and Teams at $16 per seat a month on yearly billing, and a Free plan. MeetSynq Starter is $29 and Team is $79 per user a month. MeetSynq's case is white-label and agency use, not the lowest seat price.
- Can MeetSynq remove all vendor branding?
- Yes. A per-workspace setting strips remaining attribution from booking pages, and the white-label deployment runs on your domain with your logo, colors and sender address.
- Does Calendly offer white-label?
- Calendly lists removing Calendly branding on its paid plans, so booking pages can drop its mark. That is branding removal inside Calendly's own service. MeetSynq's white-label option is a separate deployment on your domain.
- Which calendars does MeetSynq sync?
- Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar are the providers MeetSynq advertises. Guests who book time never need an account.
